Last updated: October 7, 2026

Where your organization has a signed agreement with Mediaura, that agreement governs your organization’s use of Mediaura Signal, and these terms apply only to the extent they don’t conflict with it.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the mediaura.io website and its content (the “Site”) and your access to Mediaura Signal as an Authorized User. Mediaura Signal is the measurement platform provided by Mediaura, Inc. (“Mediaura,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Aura is the Analyst Assistant within Mediaura Signal. By using the Site or accessing Mediaura Signal, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You may view, download, and print content from the Site for your own informational and internal business purposes, provided you keep any copyright and other proprietary notices intact. You may not otherwise copy, modify, distribute, sell, or republish Site content without our prior written consent. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.

2. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, frameworks, scoring sheets, downloadable materials, and software, and the “Mediaura,” “Mediaura Signal,” and “Aura” names and marks, are owned by Mediaura or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right in them other than the limited permission in Section 1.

If you send us suggestions or other feedback, we may use it without restriction or obligation to you.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site or Mediaura Signal in violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or Mediaura Signal, or circumvent any security or authentication control, without our prior written authorization.
  • Access the Site or Mediaura Signal by automated means other than through interfaces we document for that purpose, or impose an unreasonable load on them.
  • Introduce malware or other harmful code.
  • Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any part of Mediaura Signal, except to the extent that restriction is unenforceable under applicable law.
  • Use the Site, Mediaura Signal, or anything derived from them to build or market a competing product or service.
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notice.

4. Account Access for Authorized Users

Mediaura Signal is available only to individuals authorized by an organization that has a signed agreement with Mediaura (“Authorized Users”). Authorized Users are bound through their organization’s agreement with Mediaura, and their organization is responsible for their use. Access is by named credential. Do not share your credentials, and tell your organization and us at [email protected] promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We may suspend access that we reasonably believe is compromised or is being used in violation of these Terms or your organization’s agreement.

5. Evaluations, Backtests, and Fit Checks

Evaluations, backtests, and Fit Checks run under a separate written evaluation agreement. Nothing on the Site creates an obligation for either party to provide or receive them.

6. No Reliance on Site Content

Site content, including descriptions of Mediaura Signal, examples, illustrations, frameworks, and demonstrations, is provided for general information. It is not an offer, a warranty, or a commitment, and it does not modify any agreement between your organization and Mediaura. Do not rely on Site content as the basis for a business, legal, clinical, or financial decision. Commitments about Mediaura Signal are made only in a signed agreement.

7. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to websites and services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEDIAURA IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Changes to these Terms do not modify any signed agreement between your organization and Mediaura.

12. General
